Great place I found in Mission Viejo. The staff were amazing and the Olive oil and balsamic vinegars were mind blowing. I tried a balsamic that was 25 year matured. Walked away with a couple of bottles. I cannot explain the taste sensation. You have to try it to believe it. Highly recommended. Go and visit. They've got an awesome online store too.

For several years I have enjoyed using 41 Olive infused oils. They work well with salads, fish, vegetables, potatoes, chicken and turkey. I love 41 Olive. I currently have 45 bottles of their oils and vinegars. I use the daily - chipotle oil to cook omelette, oil and vinegar for lunch salad, and a variety of old or vinegars when preparing dinner and the fig balsamic vinegar in desserts. I have given 41 Olive as gifts and everyone loved them

The staff has always been very helpful and I love 41 Olive products, especially the jalepeno white balsamic vinegar. It has a nice tang, without a burn. The store also carries a nice selection of related items that make great gift sets.

They sell the best olive oil and vinegars, in my opinion, and at reasonable prices. I have never been to the store, and only have bought by email. They fulfill orders quickly. I don't think you can get better oil or aged balsamic vinegar anywhere.

These are my favorite oils and vinegars and the very best in my opinion. I have been a customer for many years and only use their products. Their 20 yr aged balsamic and the garlic olive oil are staples in my kitchen. Even my adult children use them and my daughter in Reno gets them shipped to her too. I have to mention their customer service people; they set the bar for excellent service and support. Love, love, love these products and would give them higher than 5 stars if I could!

These are the best balsamic vinegars out there. I’ve tried a bunch of others that were less expensive but they’re truly never close to the quality and flavor of 41 olive. It’s the only thing I use on my salads and makes every bite delicious! My faves are the white balsámica…Mango, peach, lavender…but they’re all delicious, and the oils complement all perfectly!
