The customer service at the butcher section, where fish is cleaned and grilled for customers, is terrible. The Hispanic men at the butcher are extremely rude showing little respect or understanding for customer service. Their action makes me believe that they don’t like Asian people.

This Ranch 99 has a nice deli compared to other ones. You would think all Ranch99 markets would get all their meats from one common source , but in reality I noticed each market may get them from different sources and even different countries . In this market , I was surprised to see their flank steak beef coming from Mexico instead of the USA ( see photo)

I just came back from this store, it was beginning of the day. There was only one cashier and there was a very long line with full shopping carts. The manager named *Flora was super rude when I asked her to open another register or to pay my few stuffs in the front, I left my stuff and left. one of the customers and even the only cashier asked her to open another register. You need to have at least two register at the beginning of the day.
The food and products are good but definitely more expensive than the other stores. Totally I prefer to go to American stores with better customer service and prices.

This 99 Ranch Market smells awful, I couldn’t stand it. Other than that it has a good produce, fruit 🍌, seafood 🦞, and meat 🥩 sections.

A very well-stocked Chinese supermarket with a ton of products for a one stop store, but great only if you shop carefully for the sales and lower-priced items. For example the Chinese vegetables are usually great quality for the price.
For example today, a dozen eggs for $1.49 and 6 for $1 green onions excellent!
But 100 average-quality, Japanese green tea bags for $26.99 horrible!
Get the store points card for extra savings.

Joaquin was the man, absolutely incredible excellent customer service he was just way more than I expected. I needed help buying something. He knew the store inside and out and quickly found and took me himself to the item. He asked if there was anything else I needed and nope. Thank you for finding such a hardworking man!

They're a great store! I love their roasted duck and Asian pancakes. They have a lot of food and fruits that are not available in regular grocery stores. I would shop there more often if they were closer to my home.
