Appt was 8 pm guard advise me to park on street and he will call when any door is available ,,half hour later got call park on door 6 don't break seals don't open doors as according to guard someone will come and advise next steps of unloading its been 4 hours waiting for someone to come out
Like why you schedule appointments where there is no meaning of it

Got here at 8:30pm appointment at 9pm and now I’m still here 23:04pm don’t know when they gonna unload and I’m the only truck in.

Been delivering to this Distribution Center for about 4 years and they don’t care about Safety.

It’s like they want their trucks to be damaged and collect insurance money. The warehouse employee says the supervisor won’t do anything to keep that space empty, so drivers can easily park.

Pictures will tell you my sad experience with this Consignee.

They only receive by appointment and at night.

I first parked around the block because I figured there would be no parked near there & heard no early arrivals. But then I rounded the corner to see available street parking. My appt was 8 pm but the guard took me 7:30p. Waited for them to come out and break seal. Then I moved tandems back & docked. The worker was nice, thanking me for bringing two copies of bol. He warned me that he must go on lunch or be in violation...sounds like truck driving. ? They did get started unloading right was but then stopped due to their break. I was at dock 4 so it was easier. Some docks have less room because there are to trucks parked along wall in front of docks. Don Julian to 6th Street where I first parked being early then entrance on Lomitas. One way, so have to go around bldg to exit back out on Lomitas. So far no problems.

They don’t care about your problems or appointment don’t come to this facility every employee make you come at different times waste your time I don’t recommend this facility at all also they don’t have restroom .

One of your drivers in the city of Long Beach ca, driving an 18 wheel day cab, 3/17 around 1800
On Long Beach Blvd and willow Ave. flinched the truck at a bicyclist passing in front of them…. Horrible driver. Gives us real drivers a bad name.

This is the last place where you want to be not good as a truck driver, they don't care about drivers delivery in here.

We checked in early security gave us a door. Said someone will come by and ask for paper work take seal off and have you open the doors. I'd say we were there 45 minutes to an hour from check in to check out. Nice workers all around. Thank you for the friendly fast service. Greatly appreciated. My TRUCKER. Honey says security guy was cool as hell and so was the reciever guy... Plus no lumper fee. Even though GPS Google makes things complicated we handled it and made it early to the appointment.
