We purchased several big trees from Big Trees Nursery and the service was excellent. Notably, about a year after installation, one of the trees appeared (to me) to be unhealthy, maybe even dying. I called Big Trees and they sent someone out quickly to assess the tree. It appeared just to need more water and Pedro thought that there was a good chance it could be saved. I was impressed that, a year after the sale, someone came out - at no charge - to assess the tree's health. Big thumbs up!
