Excellent service, on time, and a great knowledge of trees!

Ken the service tech came out and arrived within the promised window of time.

I had 13 fruit trees and received specific knowledge on each of them, as well as for a few shrubs and plants that I had.

Ken didn’t recommend any additional services because since I had just planted the trees 6-months ago, we didn’t want to stress the trees unnecessarily but instead give them time to adapt to their new environment.

I would definitely call them again, in one year.

Be careful !! This company charges astronomical fees and does not provide professional service. I was referred to them by my gardener to look at a few canary palms that looked sick. They quoted me $450 and wanted prepayment which was a little concerning, but I needed them looked at so I complied and made payment. Upon arriving the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing and said it looked like they were dead but said he would do a lab test to make sure. He was there for no more than 15 minutes. A few weeks later He sent a report stating the trees were fatal and would need to be removed, there was no saving them. Along with this was another bill for $250 that I was unaware of the extra charge.
One of the trees was about 25' tall and worth approximately $30k so I wasn't quick to cut it down.
Well long story short I had another tree guy look and he said they were fine, just need to be trimmed properly. Well that was 7 months ago, I had them trimmed and they are thriving.

So $700 for what

Beware, these guys are unqualified and scammers.

Also, notice most of their reviews are 3 months old......hmmmm.....sounds a little fishy.

Replied promptly to request for a visit to look at our trees. Set up an appointment within 2 business days. Addressed our concerns. Highly recommend this service.

Very professional experience with Sims. Scheduling was smooth. I received a call the day before the appointment with a two hour window and then a call the day of the appointment, 30 minutes before arrival. Logan, the arborist performing the work, showed up on time, is very knowledgable, and treated the tree right away. Within minutes of completing the work I received a copy of the report. Highly recommend!

Came here to take my TRAQ Certification through the ISA. They did really well in taking protective measures for COVID19. They spaced us out properly, good air flow, good presentation setup for the instructor/proctor, and the grounds themselves was very pleasant. Good place to test. The trees on the grounds were a great example to test on for risk assessments. Overall a great experience, and recommend as a place for extended learning development.

I have been using Sims for a number of years to care for my trees. The trees are critical to giving us privacy from a school yard and street. Robin has been my go to person throughout and we have had excellent results with everything she has done. I see using Sims as an excellent investment in our property.
