We went here ~1pm yesterday, the shop door was open, but no one was at the counter.

Really awkward experience as we waited 10 min. and called out (in case anyone was in the back).

Two other customers came in and left when they saw no one there.

Not sure if hours are not accurate, or owner had an emergency. Giving 3 stars for benefit of the doubt..

One positive: Inside front entrance was GORGEOUS! Past that the store was definitely set up for more of a "by customer request" situation as it wasn't really walkable. If you are looking for more of a look-around shop try Grower's Choice in Hayward.

Omar, one of the staff members, is very patient and spends an ample amount of time with each customer to ensure they are comfortable with their purchase. Omar also takes time to educate customers about all of the products that are available for purchase. Store is more fitted for selling products to cannabis businesses but a home grower can easily find hydroponic and garden essentials.

The staff is very knowledgeable. I went to store to buy some stuff for my students. And he explaiend the pros and cons. And the products are not very expensive
