A terrible place, the owner of the store does not know how to communicate normally with customers and his employees, I constantly hear insults addressed to customers and employees, he sells rotten meat, expired products, all the goods are defective, it is better to buy products in Maivand or Herat Market, at least there the attitude towards customers is humane!

I stopped there today. What a surprise. Wonderful hospitality. It was the kindest reception that I faced. I wish we had rma store this friendly in Marin County. I will definitely shop here as much as possible.

This place has the worst customer service! I had bought a pot from them and when I tried it out, the quality was really bad. I immediately called the store to let them know but they kept making excuses that the owner isn't here call back later. I called later and they said call tomorrow, I called tomorrow and they said call in 2 days. This kept going on and when I finally got a hold of the owner trying to explain the defective products they sell at the store, he hung up on me. I wasn't expecting to get a refund, I just wanted to let them know. I would never shop at the store ever again and I am advising my family and friends not to shop there either. The owner is a crook to say the least!!!

I went to purchase only goat and my five star ratings are based on that sale only. The goat was good quality and good service too. The store person was a very good salesman, because I went to purchase only 15 lb and ended up buying 25 lb 🙂 but no worries I can always freeze that and use it for a couple of months in a row...

Things are halal that's why I go there. But service is very poor. You wont find the manager sitting in his place most of the time. The two other people didn’t return my change saying "next time". They took the money in cash as the manager wasn’t there.
