A guy working for Drew was cutting weeds in the back of our place and slung a rock breaking the window in the door. Drew agreed to take care of the repairs. It required a new door which he purchased. Since he didn’t have anyone to remove the old one and install the new one, I had my maintenance guy do it. Drew agreed to this. When my guy finished the installation, Drew couldn’t get him a check because he was out of town so I paid him. This was a little over a month ago and I still can’t get Drew to send me a check for the labor.
