DO NOT BUY ONLINE. They shipped standard ground and it bounced between Memphis and Jackson for 4 days in the summer, then was loaded on the local delivery at 7am and not delivered until 10pm on a 100 degree day! Fine I'll just return it right? NOPE. Zero response from their non-existant customer service. I'm posting here because they refuse to acknowledge email, text, or their zombie Instagram account. I've had to resort to a charge back from my credit card for the first time in my life. I've never seen a company just refuse to respond. Save your money, disappointment, and frustration by avoiding this disaster of a company.

I recently ordered the white chocolate and butterscotch baking chips. They're both WAY more delicious than I expected! I have a couple of original cookie recipes for which these chips save become a staple. I also ordered the blueberry fruit spread...it is extraordinary! You have a regular and loyal customer here!♡!

Like many specialty products, some of their products are subjectively more tasty to us than others. But, relatively speaking, we have been very happy overall.

Wish they would provide a free pick-up option for local consumers.

I’ve been buying Choc Zero for multiple years and I’m super impressed with their growth in product and the pricing. Getting cleaner , healthier ingredients is more expensive . Not to mention having everything taste so great is no small fete. My latest favorite is the Dunkies!! Way better for me and better tasting than Oreos. I’m looking forward to the multiple flavors ( hopefully) that are to come in those. I also love how quickly I get my packages . Ive never had anything come melted nor damaged. Super happy with Choc Zero.

Amazing chocolates! You can really tell that they use quality ingredients and I love that they use pure monk fruit as the sweetener. So far I've tried the peanut butter cups and almond bark. Can't wait to try more products. I emailed customer service with a question and Andon wrote back with such a friendly and informative response. They seem like a really great company.

They really have the best low carb candy, cookie and syrups on the market. They also provide great customer service- I live on the gulf and the one time my stuff arrived melted, they refunded me immediately. If you live in a real hot climate, pay for the extra ice pack.
