Excellent experience. The sod was extremely fresh, with black dirt and the rolls still had small worms inside. The pallet was ready, they loaded my truck. Took about 5-min to be in-and out.

This is my first time ordering sod.... wow... wasn’t expecting it to be this easy.. i was treated real well when I first called, even though I had no clue what type of sod I needed. They were nice enough to talk about their products and made it easy for me. Next day delivery was amazing. The delivery driver was on time and did a great job off loading... he did an awesome job doing a walkthrough before he entered the property and was quick. I will definitely do business with this company! AND!! To top it off I received a Military Discount. I always support whoever supports the military..... thank you A-G Sod Farms!!

I thought it was great. Little bit of a drive. I live in Modesto and had to drive to Lodi but it was worth it because the grass is beautiful. I only needed 300 ft² and it was not a problem for them to supply me with that amount. The grass is gorgeous!

Great prices. Fascinating to see how the grass is grown and maintained on this farm. It Needs better signs to find the place and where to pick up the sod. Ask for directions or you will get lost. Google maps doesn't take you to the office..once you get there, there arent signs anywhere. There are so many fields. .workers have to see you and drive out to meet you once you pay at the office which is a modular building. .there are no specific sign stating where to pick up sod. The office just says." Go 2 fields over." ..

We had a sale of items to Erik, the owner. He owed more money and we trusted him as a local businessman. Sadly he never paid remainder and does not contact. If a man cannot be trusted as an individual is surely not trust him as a businessman.

Edit- This was paid by them after a time. They in the end did the right thing.

A-G Sod Farm gets 5 stars from me because of their phone customer service. Cathy in particular was very helpful.

Here's my story:
I made an online order on March 20th and the order was processed on March 21st for a March 27th delivery. I called on the 21st to cancel my order because of last minute landscaping changes and they were very helpful when I called.

I went on a business trip for the weekend of the 27th and came back on the 30th to pallets stacked high of dying sod... they still delivered despite my canceled order... I just called them again today (March 30th) and they corrected the issue and Cathy was so helpful in resolving the issue.

Thank you A-G Sod Farms for staffing such quality customer service. I would order from you in a heartbeat because of knowing that you stand behind your product and help your employees help your customers.

Second time getting sod from AGS Sod! AGS Sod provided a great product at a great price! Yard is gorgeous. We are very happy and can not wait for Springtime weather to get out and enjoy it!
