While many do a decent job with routine service, Pest Innovations truly stands out. They not only provide exceptional monthly service but also go above and beyond when urgent issues arise.

Recently, we had a yellow jacket problem that needed to be taken care of urgently. Pest Innovations responded quickly and took care of the problem.

Kevin, our regular technician, is outstanding. His inspections are thorough, and his suggestions are always straightforward, helpful, and delivered with professionalism.

The apartment I rent uses this company. I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but one employee has been incredible! His name is Eddy (maybe Eddie). A Hispanic man in his mid 20s. He has come to my apartment a few times over the last 2 years or so. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly; the complete package in my opinion! Not sure what his career goals are, but whatever he chooses to do there is no doubt in my mind that he will be successful. He represents your company very well!

First time using this company. But so far am impressed, Octavio Flores was excellent with customer service walked me through the process and explained everything that he was doing and asked me questions about the house. Also he told me about the extra add ons for Patch work and monthly service of traps to prevent any rodents getting in the house. Thank you again looking forward to having a rodent free house.

Mark came within the time frame I was given, and was good energy from the start. He allowed me to voice my concerns (this is my first time getting pest control, so definitely unfamiliar waters for me) and reassured me of the service. He was quick and told me what he had found from the spraying (nothing major thank God). Before he left, he told me for his sanitation report he’d note how clean my apartment is haha I told him I’m a very clean person and he definitely could tell! I have been using Pest Innovations for monthly pest control. Joe has been my technician for a couple of years and he's courteous, thorough, and has excellent customer service skills. Every three months, he'll spray internally around the kitchen and bathroom plumbing to deter potential pest activity around these water pipes. They use only pesticides that are registered and approved by the State of California. Additionally, Pest Innovations' pricing is so reasonable. They do not price gorge like many service companies that have increased pricing every year. And, most importantly, I have not had an ant or other pest problem since using their services. I highly recommend this company.
