Was greeted at the door by a surprisingly rude employee. A white guy, maybe 50 years old, with a buzz cut and glasses. He didn't say anything, he just stuck his hand out and wanted paperwork. Then he told me I wasn't on the schedule. I told him the appointment was at 9 a.m., and he said he would let me know when they would be able to work me in. They ended up starting to unload me within 15 minutes, however I was not pleased by the way I was treated.

‼️ I’m rarely writing reviews about bad delivery experience as I understand human and work factors, but this delivery was exceptional ‼️I’m a truck driver and being around for a while, but this is so far the worst experience I ever had delivering ⚠️ Yes, including big warehouses and rude bad tempered employees and lumpers.

The second I arrived at this warehouse , receiving worker ( white guy ) opened the door and rudely yelling told me to go somewhere pointing finger in nowhere specific grabbed my paperwork and closed the door? So without clear instructions I went back to my truck and waited for further instructions. After about 15 minutes the same guys coming out of the warehouse and yelling at me again to park along side of the fence with attitude like he told me that before ? And I did as instructed. 5 minutes passing by and the same guy just came to a back of my trailer and ripped the seal without a word. So I asked him should I open doors of the trailer and he told me to go back at the door 4 with attitude and impression on his face as I have done something wrong and bothering him ? And then he added that he will not unload me for at least an hour for no reason or explanation same with horrible disrespectful and dismissing attitude.And keep in mind that I’m only truck at the whole warehouse and I have arrived on time for my 9 am appointment.
And now I’m facing a possibility of loosing my next shipment because of this extremely rude and unprofessional employee of this warehouse.

Had a 10am appt. Checked in at 9:10, given door right away and quick unload, out before my appt time. Only negative thing to say is that it is tight docks. Recommend turning in off 51st.
