Typically everything from here is amazing. We always get a Chantilly cake for my birthday but I'm not sure what this was supposed to be for the price. It's basically just angel food cake with some frosting. Maybe about 3-4 random pieces of fruit throughout.

Large disappointment. Cake itself tastes fine but that's about it. Please do better. Thank you.

I asked how much the live crawfish she said $2.45 per lbs i got 10lbs. Did not pay attention when i checked out 2.89 per lbs. The cooked 2.99 the live 2.89. Any sense ? Or she just hate me?

I was visiting some family in Baldwin county this weekend and they recommended Rouses Spanish Fort, so we went in looking for a specific type of beer. They were out but this really nice manager helped us look for it and he offered to call Rouses Daphne to check to see if they may have it. When he called he asked them to go check the shelf for it but instead the manager on duty told the girl who answers the phone he had never heard of it. Definitely not the best customer service. Does your management personally know each and every type and brand of beer on the shelf there? Probably Not

This is for the (deli) prepared meals-do not waste your money on the chicken and sausage jambalaya at the Daphne location, it’s terrible and it costs me $23! The rice was not really done even after leaving in the oven, overall it was terrible, sorry Rouses !! Evidently someone didn’t know the true recipe! Being from Louisiana (even North Louisiana) we can cook it better… I still love Rouses but will be cautious when buying the prepared meals to save time!!!

A lovely store, with a nice selection of Cajun and Creole foods direct from Acadiana and New Orleans. They have a good selection of the basics, too, although a lot pricier than some of the competition. Excellent cakes and pies in the bakery, and a good selection of hot and cold foods that you can take home or in the little café up front. Huge wine selection, too. Overall, a very nice place to shop.

The Deli is outstanding. You can get breakfast in the morning. Fresh, hot and delicious. Lunch and dinner is the same way.
They have fresh seafood and even make their own sushi and it is awesome.
The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Their signature food is really good too. I would suggest that you try their Blackened Chicken Salad from the deli. It is off the chain good. It's so good, I wanted to rub it in my hair the first time I ate it...lol

Great place. Pricing is typical with multiple specials constantly.

Deli is great, and they have hot bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you need a good, balanced meal.

Fresh local seafood!

Clean and well stocked, and the staff! The staff absolutely makes this place.
