I was not impressed by the jalapeño chicken sandwich meal, pictured. Flavor was ok, but I think I should have gone somewhere else for a sandwich. Spent less at Firehouse Subs and got the same, if not better tasting food. Would not recommend visiting.

Rodger and Paul were an absolute gem today for our visit to the Daphne location! They both went out of their way to ensure our visit was perfect. The food was beyond amazing. Could not recommend it more!

Although the people were very nice, the 37 minute wait for our order was not. We were told it could take 20 minutes but it turned out to be more like double that. They did offer us a few free cookies to make up for the wait. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I did think the prices were a little over what I am used to paying for the same thing at other places.

Omg could only eat half of this thing but it was great took the other half for lunch the next day ! Buffalo chicken was delicious and the BBQ pork with pineapple yum !

I am so glad that Daphne has a Baked Potato Company because they offer several gluten free options which is great for me since I have celiac disease. My husband and I had a great experience at the Daphne location; service was good and food was delicious. I have read some of the reviews and yes, it is an expensive baked potato but if someone wants cheap food then I suggest heading to McDonalds. Also, it does take a bit of time to get the order, but we experienced the same wait time at the Foley location. Overall, we enjoy the Baked Potato Company and I appreciate having another place to eat in a town that has limited options for me.
Edited to add: We returned again and the quality and quantity of food has gone down. I ordered a sandwich this time, which was good/okay however my husband ordered the conecuh sausage potato and there was barely anything on it. Very disappointing for the price we paid for the potato. Unfortunately, we won't return because it is far to expensive for the little amount of food being served.
I really hope that the Big Potato Company in Daphne survives because they do have a lot of potential, but right now it needs a lot of work.

First, i was shocked at the reviews! I would like to suggest ignoring all of the petty, picky, ridiculous reviews complaining about this place. My daughter and I ate here (Daphne) for the first time last week and it was AMAZING! The food was freshly made, it was hot (and I mean blow on it or it will burn your tongue actually hot which you rarely get in fast food), and it tasted fantastic! We were so excited to see we had this place because we both love potatoes and would get them from McAlisters in Mobile when we lived there and there isnt one this side if the bay. This place was even better! We are both fans and will definitely go back. Dont skip this place because of the reviews or you will miss out.

We ordered the baked potato with Conecuh sausage and cheese. And that's all it was - Conecuh sausage and cheese slapped onto the top of a baked potato. It came with a small container of butter and 2 small containers of sour cream. It was very bland. My husband finally went back to the counter and got some barbecue sauce to put on it to give it some taste. I fear the owners are so afraid of offending anyone that they've opted for food that is pretty tasteless. Chives? A variety of sauces to choose from? Something, anything to give their product some flavor. The price of each potato was $13.99. They were not particularly big potatoes either. It took more than 20 minutes to receive our food. We have no urge to go back. There are several good restaurants close by this place. We will opt for a different option next time.
