I am really grateful for their service. One of my plants was performing poorly and I didn't know what to do. I e mailed the pictures of the plant to help desk. They gave me such good advice that the same plant has been giving me non stop blooms from summer to fall for 2 years. Whenever I have any issue with my plants which I cannot solve with the help of Google, I e-mail them and I get a good solution.
