Mrs. La Toya Tate, leaves her work place early so you can not pay your bill, it will be 11:30 and other times she will be in there with the door locked and when you ask her about it she says she was doing paper work like it's ok she can do what ever she wants when she want and is extremely Rude about it. Also most resently she was putting paper work in my mail box which I don't think is leagal. She was saying that we were watering and had water running down the road. Yet her neighbors have greener grass then mine , but I guess it's ok because they have her skin color.We need a different person in the office that will take their job serous and treat everone equal .

When I used to live in the mansion, they were very nice. The mansion is the only 2 story house in the gardens,aka ghettos mansion.
