Ordered the Al pastor Tacos. Very fresh and tasty. Chips and salsa was great as well. Ask for the salsa behind the counter. It’s off the hook.
If you’re looking for a family run Mexican food restaurant in Oakley, definitely take the time to stop bye.

FRESH, Homemade food, made to order!

Had the breaded chicken torta with Queso fresco & added the Avocado salsa at the table. Horchata was a 10/10!

Everything was amazing! From customer service, food quality & the overall vibe.
Feels like you’re visiting relatives or an old friend.

Ordered the cubana torta. It was stacked with meat and fresh produce. Very very good and filling, recommend a little of the avocado sauce and the orange hot sauce. The orange hot sauce is amazing! Ordered the pupusas as well which were huge compared to what I’ve normally seen they were great with the sauce and cabbage. The agua Frescas were made with all real products no concentrates to be seen. The horchata was awesome, but my favorite was the cucumber lime. Can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu. Excited this place opened and think I’ll be craving this place until I go back.

I ordered some pupusas, but what I received was not what I expected. They were super thick and large, whereas I’m used to the regular pupusas that are thin and delicious. Unfortunately, these pupusas lacked flavor and had more dough than filling. To warm them up, we had to microwave them for five minutes, and they were still semi-cold inside. I hope they can work on perfecting their pupusa recipe.

Tried this for the first time after seeing a video about it on social media. The food was ABSOLUTELY perfect. I did have a mishap happen with my order, I ordered quesabirra tacos plate and a papusa to try. The other people in my party had a burrito and a flautas plate. All our food came out minus the quesabirra tacos plate I ordered. I ate my papus while I waited. Placed an order to go and they called out for my to go order I mentioned my food was forgotten and they apologized. I asked if I could have it to go and they did. Unfortunately when I got home (45 minutes away) there was only one taco in the container. I say this to be completely transparent, although disappointing but understandable that it could have been a busy morning the food I did have was outstanding, the portions were very generous. I have every intention to return and give them my business again due to the food I did receive and how satisfied I was with what I ate.

The food was really good and fresh! The torta was delicious and the homemade horchata was on point! Going back for the pupusas next visit. So nice to see local small business serving delicious food.

I don't really post much about places but the burrito was great. I was in a food coma. But went back for the pupusas and that hit the spot. The Green and orange sauce were on point. Get that to give your food a nice kick. Don't forget the agua fresca. (UPDATE) Its open!!!

This place is going to give La Costa a run for their money!
Absolutely delicious food and Agua Frescas. Everything is made from scratch. Their salsas are very flavorful.
Wonderful people working there as well. Everything was top notch. We will be back, without a doubt!
