I have purchased from these guys at Bee ? Conferences and have always been satisfied but I’ve never been to the actual store. Well last week I finally got the chance to do so and it was nothing short of amazing ?. They actually remembered me from a conference - WHO DOES THAT⁉️ The store is a MUST SEE; aesthetically pleasing while containing EVERYTHING that you need including expert advice. It has a great layout and has everything for new beekeeper to master beekeeping. I purchased tons of stuff and will definitely stop in every time I’m in the area. My only con - They should have a sitting area with coffee and snacks. It’s just that lovely ?

A great place to do business with, fast delivery, and excellent quality. The bee suits and gloves I purchased were just what I needed for my one aggressive hive. They are much cooler than the standard suits I initially purchased two years ago from another company, and they keep the bees out!!!! I will definitely shop at Foxhound Bee Company for further beekeeping needs!

Great company to purchase your bee supplies from. They get their products shipped out quickly and you can tell they care about their quality. Great selection and price for anything you need. Looking for a new or upgraded suit? Get their Sting Stopper triple layer ventilated suit or jacket! I have both and won't wear anything else. They keep you cool and protect you. I have yet to be stung through the suit and have upset a hive or two. Their gloves are also great at keeping your hands safe when you need that extra protection.

I mail ordered a ventilated bee suit. I needed a high quality one to be safe. I have delayed immune responses to beestings. Based on their fitting tool I ordered an XS. Height 5' to 5'3". However the fit was really dis-proportioned. The waist to shoulder length was 20". So the elastic for the waist was sinking to below the hips. Who designs clothes that are really well made, great sting stopper fabric but doesn't think about fit for women beekeepers?
When I called to try and get information about the children's sting stopper suit, as a possible substitute, and to ask other questions, the person I tried to communicate with, instead of listening, interrupted, talked over me, and made assumptions. Don't shop here if you are a woman. Terrible customer service.

This was my first order from Foxhound Bee, as I had frankly not heard of them before. The online store worked well, and them seem to carry many top to quality products. Communication on my order was great, and my order was packed well, and shipped quickly!

But....after 4 years of beekeeping, my entry level smoker bit the dust, and I decided to upgrade to a top quality smoker. Top rated smokers, at major national suppliers are priced in the $50-$60 range, and I thought I could find a smoker of almost comparable quality for a bit less if I shopped around. I failed!!!

The write up for Foxhound's smoker implied top quality, and it is not. The metal is stainless, but it is extremely thin, as is the bellows. The lid is loosely fitted, so all most as much smoke comes out around the lid, as out of the spout. In my opinion this is a fairly well made, entry level smoker, and in fairness it's likely fairly priced at $25.

At my age I should know better!

Everything I've ordered from Foxhound has been great. Excellent quality, prices and super fast shipping. Such a great local Alabama company to order from. Their bee suites are very comfortable and breathable,well made with LOTs of pockets in the right places!
