This company does business the way it used to be: courteous, to the point, helpful and you-get-what-you-pay-for mindset. Three days from respectful slaughter to cut, packaged and ready for pickup. Excellent, no, outstanding sausage. I am very happy I found these guys. Anyone at the counter is equally helpful and knowledgeable. You don't have to ask for anyone specific. You'll get the same outstanding service from anyone there. Try it. You'll love it.

Always great quality meat. You can taste the difference buying a lb of chuck. Service is a bit hit or miss it seems depending on the mood of the employee that day.

I was greeted by a nice young man, I told him I needed a few minutes to decide. When I was ready to order, I stood at the counter for several minutes and the big guy behind the counter never looked up to help me. I finally decided to just leave without being helped and that's when the big guy decided to look up and say something. I would have liked to give them a better rating but their customer service sucks.

If you're looking for high quality meats AND service then stop in to Bisher's of Ramona! Not only do they have amazing staples like beef, chicken, Turkey and pork, they also have exotic meats like alligator! I have personally purchased a variety of meats from here and I am NEVER let down. Kudos to Bisher's for keeping it quality!

Love, Love, Love Bisher's!!! Meats are always a fantastic quality; sausages are home made and spiced to perfection! And, these guys cook, too--always great to get some tips on recipes from them. Purchased some frozen all white Alligator here and it was delicious. Secret is the breading and oil you use to fry it in. I'm still experimenting but I liked what I made. Daniel S is a great guy fun to talk to.
