Instructions:
1. Park on street and walk paperwork up to office, do not pull into driveway or docks.
They have 3 buildings, A,B,C.
2. Go to the middle building B to check in.

Pros:
Plenty of over night parking on the street/ surrounding area.
Quick unload
Driver bathroom inside

Cons:
Tight parking
Paperwork takes longer then to actually unload a full trailer lol
A little hard to understand the lady clearly in the office because of the 5inch bullet proof window between u and her lol.
Only 1 driver inside at a time

On December 10, I made my third delivery out of eight to your warehouse. At 9 a.m., the check-in staff reviewed my BOL and instructed me to return after 7 p.m.

When I returned after 7 p.m., a different staff member was on duty. She was unable to locate the documents for my delivery and seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. Despite my attempts to explain that I am a driver and my responsibility is to deliver the freight, not to manage paperwork, she made no effort to resolve the issue.

Eventually, I had to go through all my documents myself to find the correct paperwork for your warehouse. I am unsure why this staff member is in a position requiring document handling if she cannot perform her duties effectively.

I hope this matter can be addressed to avoid similar delays and inefficiencies in the future.

It's a bit of a hassle getting into the door because all the truck's go on at the same time. But I had a forklift in my truck within 3 min of parking. 23 pallets were off my truck within 20-30 min and it took another hour to get everything counted and my paperwork.

The truck driver is Hispanic and I don’t know his name but he’s always late and trying to flirt with the employees making them feel uncomfortable. He’s very unprofessional with job like blocked the way for my employees to grab items. He literally took hours to get items out because most of the time he’s trying to talk to the female employees.sometimes he forgets to drop off items like 24 boxes were missing that we had on our order. Even told one of my employees to “ spank my ass” and she made a report about it and he still coming to our store, knowing that our female employees feel uncomfortable with hes around.And almost fought a customer, which the customer was a minor as well. Sadly we wish to get another person to not make us feel uncomfortable and be on time. Even though we reported him too many times. They aren’t doing anything about it to make it better.

I delivered a reefer load. That department opens at 7pm. My appointment was for 8:30. I checked in at 7pm was given a door right away. Unloaded, paperwork in hand, and down the road right at 9pm. I read the reviews and was prepared for the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. Great job!! A positive attitude by drivers goes a long way. Hope y'all have safe travels

This sygma has always unloaded in a couple of hours friendly staff they have street parking if you want to park overnight receiving door is at the end of building b park and walk up or drive up tight docks seen worse

The lady at checkout is too stubborn and lazy maybe had a fight back home was too arrogant with the drivers i was the first one to get there and now she has 6 other trucks at the docks

The woman who accepts the documents answers very rudely, disrespectful attitude to drivers. We waited a long time for the documents to be accepted.
