Growell Birmingham is one of the best hydroponic shops in the uk as soon as you step through the door you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from staff followed by a stunning visual experience of beautiful displays, featuring a wide variety of plant species, the staff are super friendly, super helpful, tremendously knowledgeable, this is my go to shop i travel approximately 20 miles just to shop there i could go plenty other shops within the 20 mile radius but would I receive 50% of the service that i do there? I highly doubt it, the service is so exceptional its worth the extra journey.overall a very pleasurable experience

This isn't my 'go to' store I prefer Cosehill as I'm familiar with the staff & shop layout there but Cosehill were out of stock on some necessities so I popped to the Brum store. No complaints I just feel more at home in the Cosehill store & have a preferred member of staff that I like to shop with.

Used to be really good, these days they hardly have anything in stock even the basics, prices are quite high compared to more independent shops and to top it all off, you have to pay by card!!!! No longer accepting cash!? They're going to lose sooo much money from that

I wanted felt pots for my tomatoes to grow in. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and I got a discount for buying 10 pots, even with a credit card. I'll be back next time I'm in Birmingham!
