I ordered 96 perennial plug plants back in May of this year, I quickly potted them up and they all grew on beautifully. It was the first time I had dealt with this company & I wouldn't hesitate to order from then again.

South Eastern Horticulture (SEH) is the worst company I have ever bought from. Having purchased some red plug plants, for yellow plug plants to arrive (thankfully one flower had slightly opened so I could see the petals upon arrival). Upon messaging SEH, thinking it was an honest mistake, they advised that they had ran out of stock so decided to swap them and not tell me. I believe they were purposely trying to deceive me, and by the time the flowers bloomed, it would be too late for a refund and/or I wouldn’t care enough to return them.

Their customer service was appalling. The person messaging me on eBay took zero accountability, did not apologise once, was rude (as if this was my fault!), and was reluctant to issue a refund. I tried calling several times across several days and no-one answered. I left VM’s and had zero reply.
Overall, SEH is a company with terrible work ethos and appalling customer service. Do not use.

Purchased on EBay. Plants never received. Initially logged this and they offered me a refund or to wait as they had ‘none left in a suitable condition to send’ (so why list it?). Nothing came. EBay shows it hasn’t been received and this company knows they haven’t sent it. The claim is outside of eBay’s guarantee so they won’t do anything. I think it is incredibly dishonest to not send this or offer a refund regardless of how much time has elapsed when you have my money. It is YOU that forget to send it a SECOND time.

The bottom line is you are fully aware that you have my money whilst knowingly and willingly not sending the item just because you know it is too late for a claim. Sheer lack of moral integrity.

This company are unscrupulous grifters. They advertise plug plants but send you rubbish that is nothing like what you ordered. The trouble is it takes 3 months on potting on & growing until you realise you have been conned. I flagged the issue when they arrived but was lied to. When I reported the issue once the plant had flowered, I received a spiteful childlike reply as if a 10 year old school bully had to my complaint.
I will be reporting to a trading standards, with my evidence & copies of communications where they outright lied to me.
I will not being going quietly, pull a grift on me & I will follow every course possible to expose them like a raw nerve.

I purchased plug plants and I cannot fault the quality. However I am concerned about the lack of communication with you. I was not sent a confirming email of my order from you or given any indication of when the plants were to be dispatched. I tried phoning you but the phone was not answered. I also emailed and texted you but again no response. I began to wonder if you were no longer trading. It did cause me some anxiety.

I ordered some strawberry plants from another major online supplier last year and they arrived in a cardboard box, dried out, looking the worse for wear and most of them died very quickly. I was therefore worried about trying again this year but had no need to be. The plug plants I just received from South Eastern Horticultural were in a custom designed plastic case that both protected them in transit and kept them really moist. They look in good condition and have been planted - proof will be in the pudding when they grow but very impressed so far.

I accidently stumbled upon this website while looking for Dahlia tubers because another supplier had let me down. I ended up ordering quite a few plug plants as well and was very pleasantly surprised. The prices are competitive, fast delivery and all of the plants were packaged well and all arrived in great condition. Far better quality service and products than a lot of the big chain garden companies I've ordered from in the past. I will definitely be a returning customer from now on! A**
