Appt @ 7:00 received door @ 8:00 paid lumper at 10:30 Still sitting here waiting for Bills @ noon. I had 8 pallets of frozen beef. There’s a whole operating procedure here for docking: slide tandems to rear, disconnect air hoses and apply lock. You must wear your HiViz vest AT ALL TIMES even to the guard shack after parking on the street. The younger guard female was very nice, everyone else is miserable. Been here 5 hours so far for 8 pallets.

Let's start with the basics. Park on curb and walk up to guard shack. Make sure you have on your safety vest. Once you get a dock you walk your paper work to dock 1. It took me 4 hours to get unloaded. But everyone from the guards the the dock works seemed to be nice and pleasant. Not sure why people say they are rude and miserable. Maybe it's a get out of it what you put out type of place. 4 stars just for the long unload time.

Check-in around 4:00 am, the process got 25 minutes on the gate!Appointment 5:00am, got a door at 4:40 am! Unloading started around 5:30! Receiver is breaking down every pallets and counting the boxes or the produce inside! It is their policy I have no complaints with them! The process will get 4-6 hours and nobody take care about our hours! I am writing this review, to inform the drivers that, in the deal with the brokers, they should not accept loads to deliver here, without being paid double, or less then 5$/ML! I warned you! they will loose you the next load you have to pickup, so all the day!

I arrived at 530 am for 800 appt. Its a long walk to guard shack to give them the paperwork so wear your vest otherwise u have to walk all the way back to your truck and get your vest. I was placed in a dock at 730 am and completed at 930 am

Come with time. This place is ridiculous. Takes hours to unload 5 pallets. Staff sucks except for the wonderful ladies at guard shack. Capstone is the unloaders. Maybe if they quit taking so many breaks or 8 of them just standing there talking when you walk in to check in, they could get drivers out quicker. BEWARE!!!

On this site here 2 lady guard her don’t know how’s behave the driver just shout on the driver & company also have very bad service for unloading take 7-8 hrs & this place don’t have cleaning ?

I had a hot load out of fla. Wasn't expecting to get there until 1830. They said they would wait. Arrived at 1745 and empty and rolling by 1800. Very nice guys.

The problem with this place is Capstone lumpers. They really get it wrong. They can care less if you've been waiting 5 hours to get unloaded. Not their priority. You have to park on the street and walk to the guard shack. Someone in management should sit around and watch how truck drivers are treated.
