I bought a gift voucher for my 96 year old Aunt for Christmas and when I went to take her to her local garden centre they wouldn’t let her use it. They said it didn’t have a bar code so not usable. ( not helpful at all) I contacted Steff at HTA who I have to say was absolutely brilliant. She needed some information from me regarding payment and where etc and she replaced the card straight away.
My Aunt will be absolutely thrilled to be able to buy her plants when I go to see in two weeks time. So many thanks Steff. What brilliant customer service I received. 5 🌟 stars for Steff and HTA

We've used Horticulture House a few times recently for various small conferences and workshops. It's well located just off the A34, has all the facilities you would require and a variety of rooms sizes and set ups. The staff are helpful and catering is superb. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
