I tasted chia pudding ( kheer nirvana) during a trip to California. The texture was creamy, the taste was amazing and best part is that it is low carb, low calorie with no added sugar. I can eat it guilt free. Please go ahead and try this out. You will not be disappointed.

I am so glad I got to try the pudding created by Sanchita! It was so yummy and at the same time very tasty and just about the right amount of sugar. It was creamy and yet so light! Anyone who is watching their calories but at the same time, want to have a healthy snack or a dessert, Sanchita’s puddings are great!!!
