Incredible flavor and freshness! This is seriously the first time I can remember buying and grinding a coffee at home and having it taste so amazing. Got a pack of one of their whole bean dark roasts as part of a Milk Pail package and am so grateful I've discovered this roastery!

I prepared the coffee with my aeropress and... wow! So flavorful without a hint of bitterness!

Cannot wait to try more of their roasts! 🙂
