This is the best shared kitchen, everyone is very nice and willing to help each other out. Mikki is the manager of the kitchen and he is willing to help you on anything he can, offering advices and solutions. Everyone else we met at the kitchen was very cool too. All doing great things to be our own boss. Thank you DSAL Community Kitchen and very good valued.

We have worked in a few different community kitchens since we started our business (Light As A Feather Meal Prep) back in 2017. DSAL thus far has been the best out of all of them. From the amenities they offer, to the care and support we have experienced from the management (shoutout to Mikki and staff who facilitate and make it easier for us to do our business).

If you are an entrepreneur looking to start your business, this is the place for you. Mikki who is the manager very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very well organized if I could change one thing maybe laminate some paper with numbers on them indicating how many pe0r car and family in a car. Cause I carpooled there. My house we have 5, her house is 4. The person in front of us all I heard was 2 family's. Which is what I'd say we fell under they put 4 bags in the vehicle in front of us while me and my ride both departed with one bag a piece and tbh that additional bag would have helped a little more than one bag. I hate to sound ungrateful which I am not the bag was more then I could do for myself that day due to holiday purchasing for thanks giving my regular monthly pantry was beyond tight. But that's my long winded opportunity of growth cause all in all I think it's great what the county and locals that volunteer their time to help the community it's all perfect just seen this happening and thought of a way to make sure all expirence equality even when getting free food assistance. But def worth checking out the line went almost all the over the hill to lake cannot entrance but it goes quick once you start moving. We got there ten minutes prior to start was half way to lake chabbot in line and we're done in 30-45 minutes. No verification or id was required and the contents of my bag was: two bags of beans try bags of rice, two square juice containers of broth, 4 or 5 fruit punch juice boxes, 4 Bell peppers, 5 one serving honey bunches of oats cereal. And box of stuffing.
