I had a shaky start with the company before I started growing. And, I let them and social media know about it. BUT, I did say that I believed the system would work well.

Well, THAT was an understatement. The system has been unbelievable. The yields are going to, probably, be at least three times more than I normally get. I have two grows running next to each other to compare. And, there is no comparison whatsoever. This system rocks.

Do not buy from this fraudulent company. I bought a light system and when the package arrived, it did not work at all. The box it was sent in literally said broken on the side. I contacted customer support and was asked to submit a video showing the system did not work. I did. Then after another several hours on the phone, I was issued a replacement; got an email receipt and everything. After 2 weeks of waiting for a shipment receipt, I called support and was told that I needed to send in another video with a different setup to prove that their setup did not work? “I do not own another setup,” to receive the replacement I was already issued. The customer support said I would not get a replacement or a refund unless I sent in another video. I made a police report and still have a broken light system. Again, do not buy anything from this company. Order number GA-223639

Freddie was a GREAT help - my spouse & I bought a used grow tent that had no manual. Freddie was able to procure the PDF of the instrucions for us in under 20 minutes (via chat bot). Very grateful!

This company is horrible! It took over a month to receive my order... Then I received the wrong item! Then it took a month to get my refund after repeated contact trying to get it! The only good thing I have to say is * To Ron - a phone associate who FINALLY was able to get me my money refunded. His help was up and beyond amazing! But, I will never do business with them ever again ..... NEVER!
