My experience was bad. Apoitment 9 am , check in 6 am, on door 12:00, unloaded at 3pm. they damaged some boxes that were rejected. the guys are rude. Lumper fee 350$ .

If delivering, you must park in staging and walk your bills inside. Overnight parking is allowed prior to delivering but unsure about after. Spaces for about 7 or 8 trucks in staging, and it never filled up while I was there 12 hours or so. Unloading can be very slow. Some trucks were in and out quickly while others like me sat for hrs. I had a multi stop frozen load, and their dock is a open air style. My load temp rose from -5 to 40, and they couldn't care less about my next stops. I don't fully blame them as it was the shipper who chose to combine loads. However, it is frustrating. I'm unsure if they have bathrooms bc I didn't need one. Lumper was high, but I get reimbursed, so no biggie.

Decent place to get to, got to me withing 20mn from being in the staging area. Unloading involved breakdown and lumper fee. Roughly 2hours all together from check in to papers in hand. Had half a trailer however.

tight spot, but they run it well & i was in & out under 2 hrs .. i chose to sit on a nearby on-ramp the night prior rather than showing up & finding the little staging area full.

Went to pick up some items had to wait 15
Minutes before someone came in the office, the guy that works the pick up office is always rude like he hates his job. Most times I have to pick up my supplies from behind the gate and the office guy leaves them on the loading dock where trucks load and unload, so I have to lift the heavy boxes that’s almost over my head to my car… theirs a ramp beside the loading dock that he could use.

Spent the night here and they were supposed to open at 6a but the guy said nightshift fell behind so didn't get into the dock until 8a.. pretty fast unload and gone by 9a..

I can't honestly say how their service is once you are a customer, but they are constantly coming into our office trying to make contact with our kitchen staff to solicit, even though we have a "No Soliciting" sign on our door. I have explained numerous times that I have clients I'm meeting with and cannot be constantly interrupted by a food sales team that does not bother to make appointments. They have contact information for our kitchen staff but I feel like they are trying to "catch us off guard" and hope to catch our Chef in the office so that he can't escape their vulture-like tactics.
