Worst customer service imaginable. You will be expected as a customer to put up with rude staff, undelivered orders, incorrect orders, unanswered questions about charges, and you better not get upset about any of it or they will cancel your account. After 4 years of constant inconsistencies and inconveniences with this company, I stood by this family business because I understand that things happen and I wanted to continue giving my business to them through these tough times. However, they manage your problems as if you’re the problem rather than training their customer service reps tools to be informative and course correct with customers. The owner needs to be accountable and value customers AND staff. Caring about your staff means training them to communicate effectively and resolve issues. Caring about customers means reaching out and repairing the problems. Happy to take my business to their competitor and recommend them to my fellow business owners. If you like having to go to Costco and scramble to get product because of their constant mistakes, go with Kael foods.
