I had a not-so-great experience at san pablo supermarket.Initially, I couldn't find my usual purple dumpling wrap, so I opted for a different one. To my dismay, when I got home, I discovered mold on it. This happened again when I tried a second time, and many wraps had mold. I spoke to the manager, who assured me they would take care of it. Yet, on my yesterday visit, they were out of the purple wrapper again, and the available ones were not just moldy but also expired. It's frustrating to see such a lack of professionalism and a disregard for quality. Despite liking the place before, this ongoing issue is making it hard to enjoy.

This supermarket is more an oriental supermarket compared with the likes of Safeway, Lucky or Foodmaxx. It’s geared more towards Asian community. The store is medium size but it carries most of what you need for your daily routines. It has departments you would expect to find in an oriental market like live seafood, fresh meats, packaged meats, dairy and staples such as rice, etc. It also offers free fish frying service. The price is mostly on par with other stores if not slightly more. You need to inspect expiry date of items you buy because sometimes their items expire and they still put it on the shelves. It’s best to go in the morning when it’s not too busy. Overall it's 3.5 stars experience. Please "Like" it if you find this review helpful or useful.

Very similar to ranch 99 and its size and its selection. Lots of Asian customers buying fresh fish. I'd say it's a mix of a Mexican market Indonesian market. Perfect for the demographics of the area. A little pricey

A few days ago, I stopped by for snacks to bring to work. The moment I entered, I was told to leave my backpack behind the register to the right. Minutes later, other customers wearing backpacks entered and were allowed to shop in the store without being told to leave them. I felt uncomfortable and discriminated against.

I shop here oftenly for my groceries but disappointed all the time when stopping by the meat isle , they seem to just picks out the pieces they want to sell but not the one you prefer to buy and they’re pretending not to understand English and rather let the customer walks away empty handed. I shop my meat at the other market with better customers services now.

My Mom and I went shopping here on 7/18/24. I noticed a very pungent odor when we entered the store. I saw people covering there noses with their shirts because of the smell. I asked my Mom if she noticed the smell, but she said she didn't because of hay fever. When we got closer to the meat/seafood department that's when the smell hit her. When we got in line to check out a lady asked the cashier what the smell was and he told her that they were cleaning the meat/seafood department. Why on earth would management allow the employees clean during business hours if they know it will smell bad. Are
they not willing to pay overtime?
