Park on the street and walk to door 1 for check in.
You need a appt confirmation #, no confirmation number = no door.

DO NOT DRIVE IN, guard will kick you out and not let you check in.

They will give you a door or call you if they don’t have one available.

Delivery times vary from 1 hr to 2, maybe more at times.

Checking in is great got a door right away went out to get truck pulled in went in to go to door there are trucks backed in going to check in so u can’t even turn around to get to ur door and u have security cop sitting there doing nothing but playing on his phone before the security would ask what door or chase u out but now there is two and the one sitting in the suv security car doing nothing dam what a great job doing nothing . .. 1/10/25 6:15AM

Overnight parking available at down of street closer to Amazon DC. Go walking to receiving to get the assignment door. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers.

Why not just post a number on the street so drivers could check in over the phone instead of all these nonsense bs? That black woman has some attitude but it was just a morning so I handle it right. Doors are tight, especially door 19-22.

My appointment was 8 am but I was late checked in 8:45 got door right way and 10 am out but lady in office have bad attitude for check in park on street and walk in for check in other wise waste time if you go straight for check in and send back on street

I see why people complain. Like most places in CA it's not very trucker friendly. You can park on the street overnight, I know the curb is red but it's fine. It's a good thing I read previous reviews, you do have to walk from the freaking road to check in, no trucks allowed inside the lot to check in. And the lady is not very nice just to back up some previous reviews. You need 2 numbers so bring your paperwork and your phone just in case

I come to deliver load. Lady at check in is very rude to drivers. There is heavy raining outside and no parking available on street. She told me first park truck on the road and she doesn’t care how far I find parking. Then come back in heavy rain.
