Worker was grabbing meat with his bare dirty hands touching the phone, the counter, the register, his clothes then sticks his hand in grabbing meat again. Cross contamination and all kinds of dirty germs on his hands. Gross and the place is not clean.
Heath department needs to make a visit and someone needs to teach them how to handle raw meat when selling to customers. Not a sanitary place to buy meat.

This is a great deli/ butcher shop.
They sell meats,fish,sandwiches,pasta,cheeses, beverages.
The sandwiches are fresh,one size only,generous portions,they don't skimp on ingredients.
The staff is friendly.
Sorry,had lunch from here twice,and forgot to take pictures.
The pastrami sandwich, and chef special sandwich are both great choices.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! If I could give this place 100 stars I would. We recently purchased Shrimp, Andouille sausage and this bomb Croation sausage (they even suggested how to cook it). It was all fresh, and so delicious.

The staff are friendly and so helpful. They have a variety of meats, from Beef to Pork to Chicken and seafood. I find their prices to be super fair for the quality of product you receive.

Everything is well displayed; they have other items for sale for seasoning, bread and drinks. I'm a customer for life.

I’ve stopped buying meat at supermarkets because the meat and fish here is so good and such good value. A cut of meat that I often get is a picanha, which can be hard to find, but is amazing on the grill. Their swordfish is also excellent (they buy the whole fish and cut it on site). For the holidays, they order rib roasts from Harris Ranch, and do other specialty items such as house seasoned ham. Their pork ribs come with the membrane already removed, making them much more tender. It’s a real treat to have this shop in the neighborhood.

I am planning to use the meat two ways: Geschnetzeltes (a German meat dish) and for bone broth; doing it Chinese style.

Good prices. Great selection. Knowledgeable butchers. They even sold me some sausage casings so I could make my own at home. These guys will be my go to in the neighborhood.

Hands down the best meat shop in the South Bay. Excellent variety and is always fresh. Most cuts of meat are available with enough notice. Deli is amazing, we love the tuna sandwiches, everything is made fresh to order. The staff is extremely friendly and super attentive. The daily specials are delicious and whenever I am on the edge about a particular item they provide me with a sample.
