I ordered a Carrie Mango online. It arrived in bad shape around 2 weeks ago. The plant is dying. I have sent 5 emails with photos attached and made 2 calls (Mr Hao tells me to send an email). I have not received a reply to any of the emails. They don't seem to be concerned, that they have taken my money and not even responded. I have no idea what to do... Is there a way I can get my money back or can they send me a replacement Mango? I have attached a few of the pics taken.

I go to the Rosemead and LA locations. Great selection of hard to find plants and fruit trees. "Ming" at Rosemead location is very friendly and once you get to know him, he's like family to me. He's Vietnamese and I'm Filipino.

The customer service is horrible. I bought this plant online and received it dying. I’ve emailed the company multiple times and called the nursery’s phone number on the website but the person that answers the phone fails to help me. Don’t do business with this company.

Thank you for the beautiful new Nam Doc Mai and Alfonso mango, papaya and yellow dragon fruit. Not only did you provide good plants, you gave me good info on how to keep them healthy as well as other plants I have.

I was a bit concerned due to some of the negative reviews. I went to the nursery this morning and they have so many tropical/subtropical fruit trees with various sizes that fit your budget. Their prices are very reasonable and the trees are healthy. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and took me around the nursery to find the trees that I was looking for. Once we purchased the trees, he and another lady there helped us wrap the pots with plastic bags and placed all the trees in my car. If you are looking for tropical fruit trees or rare plants, give this place a chance and you will agree with my assessment.

Bad news. Your add leaves no way to search for rare fruits & vegetable plants! You must be losing lots of potential customers like me! Show me if you carry Flatgiant Turkish Tomato plants for sale please.

I've gotten a bunch of good quality fruit trees from here over the last year or so. They've all done well in my 9B zone. They're usually busy; but be patient, they'll do a good job helping you pick out the trees and loading them up.
