I just happened to stumble across this place when a coollab street performance was moved inside due to rain ☔. So happy I found this food and cultural epicenter. I started hanging out and trying all the different food stations. I like to come here and decide what food I want after I get here. The back patio is super hip and has sports on t.v. 1 day I came on a Saturday afternoon and they played 80's music 🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶. So cool! And recess bar is sweet. Kid friendly place with games and constructive environment.

We came to East End Kitchens about a year ago and to say that it has been a blessing is a huge understatement. Sheila and her team have personally helped us grow and provided us with valuable information and tools. We have been so lucky that our business is expanding and we are getting our own place. Hands down best shared kitchen spaces in Southern California!!! Not only do they have almost EVERY commercial kitchen equipment available, they keep it everything in tip-top shape. The space is very clean, user friendly and easy to work with. The staff is very customer focused and will check in with users to make sure that everything is going smoothly. The big bonus is the community atmosphere of the kitchens, where I have benefited from interacting with other food makers to find new avenues of distribution and retail accounts. The facility itself can also assist with suggesting distribution outlet options to explore, as well as offer resources for business management needs, labeling, etc..
I have been in other commercial kitchens experiences prior to this, which were pale in comparison and make me feel like I have wasted some time bringing my product to market successfully.

EEK saved our business! We were a small ice pop business just getting started and overwhelmed with the expense and complicated contracts of other shared kitchens in LA, and when we first heard of East End Kitchen opening up in our neighborhood it was a miracle! Sheila was so patient and accommodating for this newbie entrepreneur and now we consider her a great friend and supporter. The kitchen is a dream to work in, well maintained and well stocked with equipment. The management rocks! They are available night and day (literally 24/7!) for all my many questions and concerns. So glad to be a part of this incubator and team!

I cannot say enough great things about the East End Incubator kitchens. Without them we wouldn't have the great business we have. My butcher shop uses East End Kitchens to make hundreds of quarts of wonderful bone broth every month to help support a local charity MaxLove Project. Located right here in Santa Ana helping cancer surviving children and their families fight the good fight in recovering and remission! East End Kitchens and its staff are thoughtful, helpful and very resourceful when it comes to helping small businesses thrive. I use the east end kitchens in Santa Ana regularly, mostly for baking and pastry with private clients, but I have also used it for a pop-up dinner utilizing the Foodbeast dining area/kitchen. Sheila, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. She is direct, responds quickly to emails, and checks up on you regularly to make sure you have everything you need. The facilities are state of the art and kept clean. Booking has never been an issue for me, in fact with all the companies that work there every day it's amazing how I'm always able to get a space. The confectionary kitchen is legit as well. There is no piece of equipment or tool you can't find for use there.
