Amazing customer service. The owner waited on us and she was a sweetheart. She explained everything to us. Also explained that her cookies have no eggs in them. We got a simple snickerdoodle warmed up, and it was heavenly.

If you’re into HipHop and have a sweet tooth this spot is a go to! Although there’s usually only one clerk, the service is still quick. Cookies & Cream cookie is dank! Waiting to get the ice cream sandwich though.

Got the 4 cookies and 2 bottle bundle and a free cookie! All for around $22 which is amazing when compared to the *cough cough* other brand. The cookies were great! Love the theme of the shop and the cookie names are spectacular! I'm a born and raised California local and the theme is spot on. It's hilarious 😂 I will be back for more. (i want to try the monthly flavor). The baby bottles filled with purple lemonaid are also hilarious. Like what do you mean i can have a "purple haze" cookie and a cold lemonaid in a baby bottle! It's crazy and I love it.

I'm not from around Santa Barbara so I've never been to this spot before but I'm glad I did! The cookies were amazing especially warmed up and the customer service was more than I could've hoped for. Annet helped us and was accommodating and so sweet! I hope to go back next time I visit.

The first time I ordered a cookie from here, I messed up by only ordering one because I had to fight my boyfriend to get the last bite. If I was on death row and they told me I could have 10 things for my last meal, I would get 10 firecracker cookies. These are the best cookies I’ve ever had, and if you’re reading this trying to decide whether to get a cookie, I suggest you stop reading and get a cookie expeditiously. 10/10 I love this place. I would post a picture except I literally inhale these cookies like no other and they are gone within 30 seconds of being in my hands.

AMAZING cookies. Always soft and perfect dessert for the day. My family and I get Cookie Plug every weekend as a dessert to end off the week and it always hits just right. The atmosphere is amazing and the Owner is always welcoming and has the best customer service ive experienced. HIGHLY reccomend.

Just so sweet.. SICKLY for me. Did not enjoy the flavors- especially the strawberry one.
I wasted my money here. Ended up throwing them away even after offering them out. Cool packaging though
