Important: masks are required to enter. They sell individually wrapped masks at the counter for $1. Oh and cash or checks preferred for all sales; 4% upcharge for credit card.
This is a great nursery to get plants for the multitude of climates in the peninsular bioregion. We live in Foster City and wanted to re-landscape with manzanitas and sagebrushes and this nursery did not disappoint. Prices are reasonable for the area ($16-$20 per 1gal pot). They also have lots of vintage garden stuff, wildflower seeds, and cute decorations.
Five stars for the plant selection and staff friendliness, but -1 star for the cramped spaces and it not being ADA friendly.

Definitely the best place on the peninsula for native plants. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff and a great selection of native trees, shrubs, and flowers. Be sure to ask for advice on where and how to plant your purchases to maximize the chances of success. Their web site is well organized for finding inspiration for what to plant. Their prices are reasonable, but be warned only accept cash and checks.

As of April 2024 they still require a mask for entry to an outdoor nursery and don’t offer you one to wear. Most doctors offices aren’t even requiring a mask at this point.

Well worth the drive from Cupertino. Great selection of native plants. Yes, this is why I went there but I was unprepared for the wealth of information the lady at the counter had to offer. I'd definitely recommend them to neighbors.
