Had heard so much about Ramen Nagi but was always put off by the lines. After many years, finally decided it's time to try it, and oh God, it was so good and so worth it, I visited twice in two weeks, despite the long line. I timed our wait times (both visits on weekends) and it was about an hour each time.

Wait times aside, the Ramen there is so good, I can't describe it in words. My favorite is the Red King, and it is such a flavor bomb, you just have to try it yourself. The Original King is great too if you prefer a not-as spicier version, although I found it a bit bland if comparing to Red King. The Karaage is really juicy and crispy. You can customize your Ramen however you like it, and that makes the experience even better. Can't recommend enough!

Ramen Nagi in San Jose was a hit with my friends and family! 🍜 We all loved the vibrant atmosphere and the fun of customizing our own bowls. 🍜 I ordered the Veggie King, and it was absolutely delicious! 🤤 The broth was flavorful and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. 🥦 My friends raved about their choices too – the flavorful vegetable broths and the variety of delicious vegetarian toppings were a big hit. 😋 We also tried the vegetarian gyoza, which were crispy and juicy. 😋 The service was fast and friendly, even though the place was packed. 🙌 Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and I highly recommend Ramen Nagi for a fun and delicious meal with friends and family. 👍

Thank you! The food was delicious. The wait wasn't too bad. Handing out a paper menu while you're in line is helpful, and the line moves pretty fast. Our server could have been more attentive, and I would have given 5 stars. I will go back and try the other dishes soon and recommend it to all Ramen lovers !

So far I've had their Original King, Black King, and Veggie King and have enjoyed all three. If I were to get the original king again, I'd probably get light salt though, because it was a little bit too salty for me when I got the normal level salt. I also really enjoyed their fried chicken which was flavorful and juicy! ++Also highly recommend their pork belly!!!

Conveniently located in the mall, the wait tends to be long. They close at 2pm and they open again at5 pmm. If you missed the opening time seating, pretty much you will need to wait for someone to finish their meal. Small, limited seating. So, plan ahead.
The food is excellent. Since it is a small chain, food is consistent in different locations. You get to choose exactly what you want from the broth to noodles.

Monday is a good time to visit. Line was very manageable. Arrived at 4:45pm, and was seated when they open at 5pm.

Fantastic ramen, basically for its pricing I'd say it's the best ramen I've ever had.

Do come early though, lines are massive daily at peak times.

After trying many ramen spots locally this still holds up as the top 2 ramen spots I've ever had.

There will be a line, and it is worth the wait. You can customize to your liking. The flavors are full and impactful. You will find yourself wanting more. The broth is full of flavor, and the pork is delicious! The space is limited and a little cramped, but still well worth it all!

We arrived at the line at 11:13am and we were seated at 12:30pm. Just prepare for a long queue. It's part of the experience.
We were a party of six. We were able to sit at one of the community tables in the center of the restaurant - 4 of us on one side and 2 on the other. It was fine. We ordered way too much food, but we were celebrating, so...
If you like spicy, you can ask for more so you can add by yourself - they only have crushed chili powder.
Overall it was good. The bowl of ramen is plenty of food. The chicken is crunchy, but a bit too oily and sweet. The dumplings are fine. Pork rice is also fine.
I think it's all part of the experience but to be honest, once you sit down you feel a little rushed to shove as much food in your mouth as you can and get out of there. The staff is very polite and I believe they do their best to make you feel at ease. But they are flipping tables and turning seats as quickly as possible. So just be aware of it. It is also noisy just part of the atmosphere. I could see if you had hearing impairment or hearing aids that it would be difficult to carry on a conversation.
