It's a must to visit and shop at Target 🎯 every year before Christmas 🎄🎁, as the entire store is full of Christmasy ambience!!!

Like particularly their selections of Christmas home decor items, always very warmful, last but not the least, have to mention a little bit their own brand, favorite day, almost all the items are "must buy".

I went to exchange an item of clothing that was a Christmas gift and didn’t have a purchase receipt
First they told me to exchange for an item of the same price. I went and brought it to the front and then they said never mind.
They asked me for my ID and said I could only make the exchange if they gave money back which I accepted
So I told them to scan the exchange item (which was the same style brand of sweater just different size and color) and they wanted to charge me a new price which was almost more than the double of what they were crediting me
Problem after problem I asked for my original item back and the lady said sorry we can’t give your item back .which is complete nonsense
I asked her to bring her manager and the manager came to tell her to give me my original item back
I had to talk to the my to repeat the entire process and only then did they returned my item to me
It was an experience that if the workers had had common sense , they would have saved me time and a lot of anger just changing the item
Absolutely horrible costumer service. They need to learn their own policies better to stop waisting our time

We were looking for a rare find item. We were told we will find it at this location. The associate at the Customer Service area, Michael, helped us fetch it from the warehouse. He was very supportive. We loved his professionalism.

This is my second review of this store. The last time I wrote a review, it was to complain about the lack of handcarts. Since then, there's been a dramatic shift! Lots of handcarts everywhere. I even saw a store employee restocking them by the front door. Kudos to the team.

Unfortunately, we still have ridiculous long lines. I'm here on a Sunday afternoon, there are plenty of employees working today, but only one cash register is open (#3 in the pics). So... To the VP in charge of this store: This store has a management problem. The store manager named Andreas is the problem, not the staff. Andreas does not believe in having employees work the cash registers, this is the source of all the long lines that people are complaining about. No need for a PIP, just fire him. As soon as you fire him, all the KPIs will start going up.

This review is specifically for John the cart attendant he went above and beyond to help me get my water dispenser into my car. He was really friendly and offered to help as soon as he saw how big the box was. Amazing customer service! Thank you for your help

Employees are really lazy. If you ask them for help to check the back room for a specific item you are wanting to buy since the item isn’t on the floor.. They’ll just tell you NO & refuse to go to the back when their scanner & app says they have stock available

This review is about the Starbucks and the lack of variety of sandwiches and lack of customer service. First, they have a sign displayed that they ran out of hot sandwiches. Second, the oven isn’t working that is the main reason why they don’t have sandwiches. You have three people standing around and it’s just very unorganized. Team members are to busy talking amongst themselves about schedules and what days they don’t want to work. There are many people who would love to have a job!

Dirty, apathetic, uncaring, lazy store location. From the arrival to the front of the store you see trash on the ground, overflowing trash by the doors. Inside the store, it’s sloppy, staff could care less about the customers, and the entire experience rates 0 stars.
