So when you arrive, follow the signs that said milos and you will see a sign that says milos shipping if you are picking up a load from here the shipping office is at door one all the way on the back after you check on the iPad you put your number your PO number your phone number and you wait for a call when you get a call you go to the door. Remove your locks from the truck because they will put it in the back if you don’t, park the truck and wait until at least eight hours after my appointment to get loaded and I’m still not loaded. The place is really slow and there’s a lot of trucks parked and could be tight. I’m there overnight. Good luck.

I have bought extra 20oz to give to employees as I leave sometimes just in hopes you get more sales and continue to supply this market.

I love this tea. The other day, I got some and never really thought to look at it. The second day of drinking it, I noticed something in my cup. Being in Tennessee, that's not uncommon. Then I saw a lot in my cup. So, I figured the cup must have not been washed. I piures it out and waahed the cup (mason jar) and refilled it. Well, there was still a lot of something in my cup.
I poured it through the strainer. There was a lot of something in my cup, and after looking, a lot of something in my jug...
I took pictures and sent them to Milos, no reply. Messged them, no response. Tagged them in a fb post and tiktok post. No response. Clearly, they don't care about the customer.
I would imagine this is mold that I have been drinking. Some of it looked as if it had legs. Probably just fungus fingers. Either way. No response and some nastiness in the jug.

I have bought my last Milos anything. Make these places accountable by spending your money elsewhere. They don't care as long as they have your money.

Don’t think they’re really hiring anyone from SC for the Moore plant. I’ve applied at their website and SCWORKS website. I’ve yet to receive an email on where we stand. Keep checking my email (nothing) and their website and now the jobs are not available. I really think they say they’re hiring but actually bring in their own people.

Trucking companies , don't waste your time booking loads from this shipper. I guess they are always behind on schedule and no one even picks up the shipping/receiving phone. Lines of trucks waiting and most of their loads going to DC's , meaning you have to reschedule the delivery. Can't rate 0 stars , that's why I put 1

I can say their customer service rocks and I greatly appreciated it, and I asked them if they make it RIGHT I will still drink their tea and I appreciate taking swift action about my concerns and learned something from this, tea must STAY REFRIGERATED until ready to drink I learned the hard way that it’s like spoiled milk turn into cottage cheese ?I would post the picture but I’ll rather NOT, but what I will post is 2 free 20 oz red cap

They are open 24 hrs and was loaded pretty fasr under an hour.. pleasant experience coming in at 1am ?

I must have been a lucky one I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Easy to back into. Plenty of space but if too many trucks show up I could see this place being overwhelmed.
