Loaded fairly quick. We went early, got a dock fast, the guy told us if he had it pulled he could get us loaded. Very nice people all around. At the end of the cul-de-sac the guard shack is on the right, park and they will check you in. While we were backing in, a guy came out to check our refer, once loaded they came back out to give us our papers. If you unload at the north end of the building, you will not have cell service. Porta potty. I do not know about overnight parking.

Shut up early for my appointment took a little bit for him to get me the door but it was still before my appointment time got me loaded quickly and out actually done before my original appointment time

Super nice people here. Arrived 1.5 hrs earlier than my 2 PM appointment. Took me right in. Was assigned door 36. Was greeted immediately outside door 36. Started loading right away. Fast loading. Thank you Bay City for having such great people working here!

Security officer was polite and professional and warehouse guy was on the yard waiting for me before I backed into the door and had me loaded very quickly, took me in early and they take care of everything at your truck. Need at least 1 load lock in trailer and temp was 35 continuous. No parking on property but even though there's signs saying otherwise they said you can overnight on the street without being bothered. I will definitely be glad to come back here again

Exceptionally fast loading, very pleasant staff. 👌 no overnight parking, but there's several truckstops nearby just 5 minutes away in Castaic CA. Not a bad place to load or unload. Check in with guard an hour before appointment.

Making a pick up at this location and were greeted and treated with great respect. We were very early for our load but, they accomidated us as best they could. Some computer issues slowed down the load but, no problem. I had the chance to speak with 3 different employees and they all were great! They love working with this company and it showed. Great job by the management of this company.

Once you arrive check in with guard, they will give you a door number. Very easy docks, precool trailer and make sure you have at least one load lock.

Per shipper, will load early. Shipping available 24/7 Monday - Friday.

They're quick to load you, unless they're having problems with their production witch is not that often, you will be out within 2 hours, that's how good this places is.
