We have 6 or 7 Lifefactory water bottles of various sizes and colors and love them because they are glass rather than plastic or metal, so water is pristine tasting and with no plastic or metal aftertaste. These bottles are great, but not perfect. They are heavier than the equivalent in metal or plastic, and I have broken perhaps 3 or four over time. Also the screw on top threads are easy to misalign, so sometimes they leak when I have been careless in fitting the top. Also, the silicone cap should be replaceable since we have torn a couple. And lastly, the lids that have the silicone straw can produce a plastic taste with each first use, which is what I am trying to avoid with the glass bottle, so I avoid those caps. Since we got these bottles for the purity of the water, or the low toxicity of the containers, we are able to live with the flaws.

We've been using lifefactory bottles for years!! We've used the baby bottles (now used as water bottles) and all sized bottles and food storage containers. Rarely do they break. When they do it's because we drop them without the lid on and they land on the rim onto the hard floor. My 6 year old son used the 12oz flip lid bottle all last year for school and it never broke or leaked. Considering we've have some of our bottles for over 6 years they are more than worth the price.

Loved the bottle in the beginning but unfortunately after less than a year's use it's leaks like crazy. The warranty is only for 30 days so no options for replacement. They also do not sell replacement / new gaskets for the lid which I think might solve the issue. Would not buy another one of their products, as they are expensive and do no last.

You make a difference in your products, but you can do better. The lids need to also be plastic free. Make them stainless or silicone, but not plastic. When you can make lids that are not plastic I will than buy them for my 5 glass bottles I bought from you earlier.

Terrible Customer Service and awful products. The plastic coverings do not protect the bottles in the slightest. My 11month old daughter dropped hers while standing and it shattered. Will never be purchasing another product from them again.

There are other companies that make BPA free bottles, and have better products than Lifefactory. Call lifefactory and see for yourself that the customer service is non-existent.

I have had my water bottle for at least 3 or more years and have dropped it many times never broke and i have bought one for everybody in my house now very pleased i do like the flip top but yes does wear out quickly.

my water bottle leaks all over my bag and room. I have called three times and they will not return my calls.
