Service was amazing! Fast and very courteous. Went here on a business trip with a coworker and we each got a personal pan wood fired oven pizza and it was delicious. The sauce was slightly sweet but not distracting and the thin crust was perfectly crispy. Had a couple glasses of a red blend that paired perfectly. The atmosphere was conducive for having a conversation and not too loud. I will definitely be coming back here again the next time I am in town on business.

Nice place, friendly, helpful service. Really good burgers and chicken sandwiches. They play 90s music, which is a nice change from what I'm used to. Fun place. Juicy burgers, so try not to wear it!

First visit, recommended by a local Seal Beach business, glad we went here.
I had the meatloaf sandwich, on the “special” menu. Nice thick slice of meatloaf, served hot, chewy Parmesan coated grilled sourdough bread, mildly spicy sauce. The fries are the skinny ones, just average.
Very good, friendly service. Would give this place 4.5 stars, if I could.
Clean restroom.
Recommended.

Cute little local place. Seemed like a lot of people knew each other. Tight quarters. Hard to have a conversation.

Waitress said it was her first night there. We couldn't tell. Knew the menu. Very knowledgeable.

Ordered clam chowder, pot roast, and chicken pesto pasta. The clam chowder came with bacon on. We told the waitress later that you should probably tell people it comes that way. Some people don't put bacon on everything. In fact, we warned the couple that sat next to us that it came that way, and they ordered it without the bacon.

Hubby raved about the pot, roast, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. He even told owner later that the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The chicken pasta could've used some more sauce and vegetables.

Overall, it was a nice dinner and will come back. Probably on an off time so it hopefully won't be so noisy.

My husband and I didn't realize but we came for happy hour, it was after 2:00. We each got the 805 beer which was fantastic. We got the discounted meals. my husband got the sliders ($9) which were delicious and I got the buffalo chicken and french fries for $6 happy hour price. we enjoyed our food and we'd come back if we lived in the area.

The service was quick and our waitress checked in with us often. Fish tacos were good but tortillas were dry and tough. The pesto chicken pasta was tasty and my friend loved it.

The Abbey is a delightful find in Seal Beach. We loved sitting outside and eating and meeting the people and their dogs on the patio.

The inside seating is good with a nice Cheers-style neighborhood bar.

The service is excellent and the servers were perky and helpful.

I ordered the healthy artichoke and spinach salad. The dressing was excellent. My husband enjoyed the turkey burger.

We highly recommend this hidden gem.
