Great find, main entrance (for businesses) is in the back, side entrance (consumer) is on Olympia Ave, which could use some sprucing up 🧼🪣🪒🛠️. Great wholesale prices for consumers. Racks with large variety of selections are available. Ciabotta was top notch. Alfredo was very friendly.

All the breads are delicious, especially the sourdough. It’s my favorite. Other places have sourdough with a crust that’s so hard it hurts your mouth. The crust here is softer, but still chewy and perfect.

The worst sourdough I have ever tasted. This so called sourdough tasted more like French bread. The crust was soft and the interior had no flavor. If you want real sourdough bread, don’t go here.

Wow. What a hidden gem. You can walk in before 10:30 AM but I recommend getting there earlier to make sure there is a good selection of breads. You name it, they have it. All baked that morning. Enter from the street side even though there is no sign there as businesses only use the rear entry. Their prices are excellent but they only take cash.
