Their main office is in Santa Paula so it is good to have a closer location to drop off soil, tissue, and water samples for scientific analysis. I can take them here and they get them to the main lab quickly although i think they do some lab testing at this facility.

I was given a bag with 4 bottles to fill and return for water sampling. I wasn't given any instructions - but when I returned the bottles, one of them wasn't full enough. I was given another bottle. I had to drive 15 miles back home, fill the bottle and 15 miles to return the bottle. I would've appreciated it if I had been given instructions in the first place@
