My mother and I visited and had such a good experience. The service was great and the food was even better. We shared the Mixto ceviche and it was amazing. The seasoning and flavors were so complex yet refreshing and just the right amount of spiciness. I then had the chiopino and my mother had the pollo a la brassa. The seafood in the chiopino was a great variety, cooked well, and plenty in serving. The chicken was cooked perfectly for my mother. I recommend stopping by when in the area, it is so worth it

Good food and fresh seafood. Order papa rellena, mango ceviche (more on the sour side) and cioppino (broth is delicious) with soft bread. Would recommend.

Got two specials and they were delicious! The calamari on top of the ceviche was something I had next seen before! The winner to the meal was definitely the shrimp and the sauce was so delicious that I wish there was more bread! The staff were welcoming and helpful. Glad we tried it out!

Great Peruvian restaurant that makes well prepared delicious and fresh food. Staff was very friendly, constantly checking to make sure everything was good. We had lunch, but they also have a deli that serves sandwiches, salads

We are truck drivers from Texas and was recommended by Skikos company beside the restaurant that we are picking up our load from. Jose is so friendly and amazing in describing each dish. The deli staff are super friendly also.
Our first time here and 5 minutes after seated the lights went out and Jose said not to worry because they have gas stoves.

The food blew us away! Look what they can do with NO LIGHTS AND GAS

Unexpected find in Santa Rosa. Ceviche mixto with fresh tilapia red onion and balanced acid to heat ratio . Absolutely delicious and perfectly light lunch!

Service was quick and efficient. We got in and out within our work lunch break.

They've got a deli next door and will have to explore my next visit!

Sazón is an excellent restaurant! I've been here 5-6 times and the food is always exceptional. Fresh ingredients, flavorful dishes, and excellent specials. Really enjoyed tonights special, Chicken Cilantro soup, outstanding. The owner, cooks, and wait staff are awesome. Thank you, Team Sazón!

Best ceviche in Sonoma County. All their dishes are exceptional, the fish tacos, chicken wings, all the ceviches, the full meals and empanadas, everything is layered with flavor and thoughtfully plated. I will be going to this restaurant for a long as they are around, hopefully forever! Cannot recommend this place enough, and the staff is great, super friendly and never keeps you waiting. The deli is really good too, all worth the visit every time 🙂
