I really enjoy all of the events at Fall River Brewery and their Tap House. Great people. Great beverages. Enjoy some food trucks much more than others but nice variety. My only negative would be allowing dogs on nights with loud music and/or bands. I’m a lifelong dog lover, owner, hobby trainer, and just because you CAN bring your best fur-kid doesn’t mean you should. I’ve had irresponsible owners let their dogs line the walking area at both locations where they have no control and exuberant pups lunge & jump on those trying to get to order a drink or even get in scuffles with other canines. I’ve seen tails get stepped on. But most upsetting is the very loud noise these dogs are subjected to. Some display anxiety. Some don’t. But all are suffering hearing damage. Since instantly losing hearing in one ear I have become all too familiar with protecting what’s left. Even I get warnings on my meter at times and put in ear protection at these events. Dogs have much more sensitive hearing than we do. While I think leaving a dog in a hot car or walking them on hot asphalt is way worse and inexcusable, I think bringing them to large crowds and loud music events is a form of abuse and bad for their health. I think such events should prohibit pets. There’s many quieter events that are fine. I understand it’s good for business but it’s just not healthy for them. I have seen parents provide hearing protection for their children which is great. I did send an email directly about this but didn’t see a response. Just my 2 cents. Other than this issue I love Fall River & what they bring to the community.

Fall River makes great beer. Went to the Taphouse for the first time last Saturday. The place is small and was packed but my buddy and I lucked out when two were leaving the bar as we entered, so we didn't have to stand. The first thing I noticed was the place smelled like a litter box. That's not an exaggeration. Distinctly like that odor from a cat's litter box. I do have a more acute sense of smell than most people, so maybe most others don't notice things like that? I asked a couple others and they said they didn't smell it. I hoped the stench would go away as time passed but it was just as strong when I left as when I arrived. If it smells like that the next time I go I won't go back. I'll just continue to go to the brewery which is odorless as its big and open, literally so during the fair weather months. Other than that, the crowd were friendly regulars and a few them of them well lit. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well.

This place has a nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff and people. Why does a half pint of beer cost $6 and a whole pint of beer cost $7? I don’t understand that. I remember when growlers were purchased to save money on a beer purchase but now it costs more than buying a 6 pack of the same beer. I don’t understand that. Times are changing I guess. The beer is very good.

Beside the fact that they have the best beer, this place has nice people working there. You can bring in food and your well behaved dog. The ladies room is always clean and well stocked. Plus they have really great merch! Did I mention how great the beer is?

Well done 3 non alcoholic beer choices! I only tasted the Amber (tasty) and the hazy was sold out(would have been my preference).
I really liked the blood knot- smooth easy drinker
Solid flagship IPA with the hexagenia
And other flavorful variety of IPAs with their cold ipa back country and numb numb hazy!
I travel and visit breweries so I stayed away from the higher alcohol of their doubles but tempting!

Fall River had a very good selection of local brews. There was something any beer lover would like form IPAs to ales. If you like beer there’s something for you. In addition to a beer tasty menu the vibe was laid back and not loud. It is even pet friendly. I would recommend Fall River and will return next time I’m in town. Their IPA selection was vast with many that had great fruity flavor and not overly hoppy.

Stopped in to find a special beer for my birthday. The bartender was awesome, she let me try several different varieties and I fell in love with the Fall River Adventurers Cache Colossus Breakfast Stout. I had a glass there and got a 22 oz bottle to save for my birthday.
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and every time I stop in it's always a good time!

Great drop in spot to have a sip n chill. Locals always there plus dog friendly and decent patio.
