One of the worst places to get ur packages done. Theres usually only one person. Sits there all day and does hardly anything for a paycheck. Walk in and they’ll be sitting there. Not like FedEx acrosss the street. Their employees always working and helping customers professionally. If you don’t know what you’re doing at this UPS they get very ugly and rude with you. This has happened everytime I go there. They don’t want your business. Best to stay away from this store for your packages. I’m surprised they’re still open all this time with the people they got working here. Terrible customer service skills.

This UPS store is close to where I work, so I decided to give it a try. I will never go to this UPS. I returned a few items bought from Amazon and it seems like Amazon never received it. I never had any issue with other UPS store. They lady who ran the store was rude as well.

Place is absolutely amazing! Got a few notaries done today and they were so nice and helpful. I don't think we will be going anywhere else for our shipping and notary needs, they also do passports photos with no appointments!!!

This UPS store on Stony Point Road did a really great job on my passport photo. They have a ring light and a good camera to help you get the best photo. Also, the associate was happy to re-snap another photo when part of my hair looked awkward in the first take. It will be great to have an ID photo I actually like. By the way, I initially went to a different UPS store that said they did not have good enough lighting to do passport photos, and they sent me to this store instead. So do go specifically to this location if you need a passport photo!

After being told by the notary public at a different location that she would not be able to fulfill my appointment for notarization, I called other UPS stores in the area. The stony point locatation told me they had a notary public coming in shortly and they could have my document notarized. Quickly upon arrival we began the service. She was very kind, I was very happy to get in on such short notice, and with great customer service.

The lady who works there has been very helpful to me every time I come in, she is knowledgeable of how to help me with all of the uploading and sending documents I needed for a disability claim. She is friendly, courteous and professional
