Received my first shipment and was pleased with everything. All pieces of fruit arrived in good condition. Appreciated both the Fruit Guide to download and follow for best ripening results and consumption and the list included with the produce that helped identify the varieties. The emails detailing the shipping schedule is quite helpful and the ongoing contact from the farm staff to the customer is great, especially when all of this is new to us. I look forward to future experiences with this kind of healthy treat from Good Hill Farms!

This company is ripping people off, they offer one thing and sends something completely different and it took so many days to arrived that it came all with mold, i paid $108 and they just send me 3 tiny bags with fruit full of mold, 1 avocado which is black and soft, 1 mango and 2 guavas and i when i contacted the company asking why my fruit has not arrived and it shows it was supposed to be delivered on the 12 a girl name Sasha answered my email joking and said that they will replace the fruit if it wasn’t on acceptable condition, i will report this company until they stop ripping people off.

I ordered fruit from Good Hill Farms and was initially disappointed—the fruit was not fresh and didn’t match the quality I expected based on their promotions. However, I appreciate that they stand behind their product. Their satisfaction guarantee was honored without hassle, and they promptly replaced the fruit that wasn’t up to standard. While the pricing feels a bit high for what you get, their customer service was responsive and made things right. I respect a company that takes care of its customers, and for that, I’m giving them 4 stars.

This was my first time ordering with GHF. I was on the fence about ordering fresh fruit...cause you know, store bought was what we had, with the exception of some seasonal berries and figs we have on our home place. I never knew FRESH fruit and dates were so delicious! I'm so pleased with my order that I will be a repeat customer, sampling as many varieties of in season fruits and goodies. The honey is also divine and the macadamia nuts are great. Give them a try if you're iffy! You won't be disappointed with their products or customer service!

Fast service, awesome American company. Unbelievable customer care and quality assurance after the product is received. Its not often that the marketing for a product completely matches the actual in freshness and quality, this does! What is further, Heidi and Sasha not only ensured delivery, but also quality. We are totally impressed and have already placed our second order of many.

Excellent products. Gifted these for the holidays and everyone loved them. The fruit quality is top notch. The company included some freebies - honey and dates which were excellent. Lychees are some of the best we have tasted. One of the orders was incomplete and the company took care of it right away. Highly recommend this small farm and supporting them. Looking forward to gifting these again down the road. Thank you Good Hill Farms!

It’s hard to tell if I’m the crazy one or if people are just too eager to spend $200 on a couple of avocados, two mangoes, four tiny white guavas, two blood oranges, a very small bag of kumquats, some lychees, and a small bag of dates. Somehow, all these tiny items added up to $200 absolutely outrageous! And to top it off, the receipt lists a free jar of honey I never received and a book that never existed.
Cheers!!

Complete waste of money! We ordered Cherimoya and Dragon fruit. The dragon fruit was GOOD. BUT TOO COSTLY, for the quantity.

We ordered Cherimoyas, because the email promotions we got said its in season ans ripe, but were not ripe at all, opened 2 because of the color and wasted it, like literally wasted $89. 🫣
