Came in for 30,000 mile check up. Office staff is always pleasant. The waiting room is nice with free water and coffee. I always appreciate the car wash with the service. Love my Subaru!

I ordered a mirror cover for the passenger side (#13a), and was sent the driver side part that is for a different model (#30a). The packaging came wide open for the part, so it had been opened before. When I called to report the problem, they told me that their website was incorrect and I actually needed a different part anyway (#11a) When arranging to return the part, they wouldn't refund the shipping I paid either. I paid $60 for the part, $4 more for shipping, and got refunded $52, so it looks like I was deducted a restocking fee too? Wasn't a good experience and I won't be buying from them again. Order #24849.

I ordered parts for my sons car. He lives out of state, so when he came in to visit, I realized we didn’t need one of the parts. I emailed and explained what the issue was and asked if I could return it for a refund. The reply I received was “mail it back for a refund”. Absolutely nothing else! I asked for an address, and I got only the address. After I mailed it back, they had the return in their possession for well over a week, and hadn’t completed the return to my cc. I sent another email and asked how long until my return was processed, and the reply I got was “I’m doing it today, and in the future don’t send trash back!” I had actually put plastic and paper in the box to protect the return, apparently that’s not something they worry about. I said I didn’t know what they were calling trash, and Ralph said “No you put all your old wrappers in the box. Not cool bro!!!”
These were the plastic bags from the original packaging!!!! Very unprofessional attitude with this guy. I will not buy anything from these guys again!

The parts department is running a fly by night online parts business on the side that sends the wrong parts. I ordered parts online from "subarupartspro" which ships from this address. I used their online tool to look up parts by my car make and model. They sent me the wrong parts and refused to pay for a refund for shipping either way. I called and they told me they are not responsible for shipping me the right parts. It was my fault for trusting their website. They did not provide a return slip, they said to just ship them back for a refund. Seems like a fly by night business. Order at your own risk.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have an hitch installed, drove from Orangevale to Shingle Springs; and they tell me they don't have a hitch. They never called to tell me to cancel my appointment. Poor customer service.
